Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announced that it has signed a lease agreement for a Hyatt hotel in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. On May 9, 2006, Hilton Worldwide, the leading hotel company in the United States and one of the largest Hilton hotels in the world, announced a partnership with Hyatts, a world leader in hotel management and services, to develop and manage hotels and resorts in Mongolia and the United Arab Emirates. We recently announced that we have signed a contract with the Government of Mongolia for an additional 20,000 square metres of office space in a new HyATT hotel. Also today, Hy theatt announced the signing of a two-year lease for another 20% of the hotel space, this time at the new Ualaanbatar Hilton Hotel, at a cost of $2.5 million.
